How is everyone doing? I'm doing pretty good. The other day I got up at around two in the morning and ate a peanut butter and honey sandwich. Night eating has always been one of my weaknesses. It would get so bad that I would almost be sleep walking as I went to the kitchen to eat. I would feel so yucky and fat in the morning. For the past six months or so I have had it under control but ever once in a while I end up eating something in the middle of the night again.
I was thinking I needed a mini goal. Having a smaller goal to motivate me would be very helpful. So here it is!!!!
I am sitting pretty at 283 right now. I'm really proud of myself but for the next two weeks my mini goal will be to see the scale show something in the 270's. I don't think that's to ambitious. My longer term goal is to see the scale hit in the 250's before the kids come home in August.

Great blog Rebekah. I got on the scale at 165.8 this morning. I'm only 5'2. I told myself just this morning that I wanted to get back to the 150's. (I was there in Januaray and lost it all thanks to giving up tracking my calories for a few months.) So that is my mini goal for now. I need to lose the a little over 6 pounds to get there. Hopefully I can do it by the end of the month. We'll see. Good luck Rebekah.
My mini-goal is to get down to about 160 - I'm about 15 pounds away. My long-term goal is closer to 140. I'm 5'8", so I think this is a reasonable goal where I'll be healthy. Maybe not skinny, but healthy.
Hi!! I hate talking about how much I weigh. I am 6 ft tall. Last summer, I was weighing in at around 240 but my weight has really been out of control. Shhh don't tell my husband but I am at 283 too. In April, I was tipping the scale at 300 yikes! I have been doing really well with working out three times a week and little by little, I am passing up the junk food. Just yesterday, I reached for a donut that my husband bought and pulled my hand away and ate some string cheese.
I would like to be down to 275 by the end of the month. I hope I can manage to keep that because I have hurt my back somehow. It's been bothering me since Sunday.

My mini goal is to get started on tracking my calories again... my end of summer goal is to be back at 180 which was my pre baby weight...
