No, you're definitely not alone! Night time is my hardest. I tend to keep a pack of gum near me at night, and chew away when I want to eat something else. And a bottle of water, always water!
I really like how you put the inches into perspective. I'm going to keep that in mind.
Congrats on losing so many inches - that's amazing!! And your header shows all of the progress you've made ... I really love it!
One question ... what measurements do you calculate? Just your butt, waist, and bust? I couldn't see it very well in the video.
I've decided that this week, in order to get back into "workout mode," I'm going to walk/jog a 5k route around my neighborhood each day for the rest of the week. For some reason, that seems less intimidating than the gym at the moment.
Anyway, I'm glad to follow along with you. It feels like I have someone to "check in" with, and it keeps me feeling motivated to do well. So thank you for that!
