263.4

Life is so much more exciting when I'm actually loosing weight. I'm loving it.

I have decided that if I reach a point that I am not loosing weight again then I will have to do what I have avoided since May.......exercise. I don't want to and I don't like to but it will have to be that way.

This morning I tipped the scales at 36.5 pounds lost since May 2nd and 55.6 pounds lost since June last year. Again, just to put it into perspective for myself...that's 9.125 pounds lost per month since may. So even though I stopped loosing weight for weeks on end, my stats are still pretty good.

I think my blog posts have been pretty boring lately. I'm going to have to spice it up with some more videos. What do you think? What motivates you?

Honestly, once you get in the rhythm of exercising it really isn't so bad! I was dreading it too and now i am 10 days in and although i have had my moments where i have really had to push myself, overall i'm getting used to it.. and starting to enjoy it...... I know it was a big shocker for me too haha!

Good luck with starting up exercising!Your are doing great so far!

Congrats! What an achievement. I can't wait to get to a 55 pound weight loss.

You say you don't like exercising - but you do like dancing. 20-30 minutes of dancing vigorously around your living room (enough so your heart rate goes up and you break a sweat) is great exercise...Do it 4-5 times a week and you'll see the number on the scale move down even more.

Keep it up!

A lot motivates me to keep on losing weight. My husband has noticed the change and says how proud he is of me. I notice that my towel covers my whole body and I am not exposing myself to the people at the Y. When I work out, I feel that my mental health stays much better. If I don't enough exercise I usually get anxiety. I go to the Y three times a week and I change my routine up to keep from getting too bored.

You GOTTA find exercise you love, be it chasing the kids up and down at the playground (yes, I climb up to the top of the slide, and even though my a$$ doesn't always fit, I always attempt to slide down, or climb down otherwise), or swimming, or walking, or group fitness - Zumba, step, cycle, bootcamp in the park - find something you like. Try lots of things. It's the only way you'll be able to maintain the exercise forever.

As for boring blogging - I feel the same for me... After almost 2 years, I am sick of my blog being a diary - I want more entertainment from myself! I LOVED your dancing vlog! SO funny. Actually, because of it, I tried a Zumba class at my gym for the first time, and LOVED it! I got confident, remembering your video, went all out (even in front of... GULP... PEOPLE!) and didn't care. It was FUN! Loving it. And Abs totally sore :) Anyway, hang in there. You're right. You're still "pretty good", or better I'd say. xoxo
