Thank you... THANK YOU... for touching on the fact that the scale isn't moving. I, too, am having this issue. It just stays the same, but I had to get new jeans. It's so hard to get over the fact that we can measure progress other ways than by the scale!
Do you ever track your cheat days to see the counts? I know your not counting calories right now.. but I imagine if you follow the program it's designed to have you eating to lose but then if you cheat and go over on both days you maybe going over and taking away all the hard work during the week.
