Doing the body pump will make you retain water that will look like a gain. My scale is up to 172.4 which is two pounds up for me. I am pretty sore plus I believe my period is around the corner so trying not to stress it.. but I been extremley hungry since working on reducing the diet soda.. so not sure if that is a side effect or just my body wanting more food as I get ready to maintain the loss soon.

Avocado is good for you. Sometimes I have an entire avocado with lemon and salt for lunch. I just work it into my calories!
