Oct 7th! ALL about RUNNING!!

If you ever want to run more often or longer.. maybe try the couch to 5k ap and it helps you. I agree though running is tougher than body combat and zumba for sure. My longest run has been 8 miles.

I do the same thing, run for a minute then walk for a minute. Lately, I have been running for 1/10 of a mile then walking the same then running and so on. I walk/run two miles that way.

Hi Rebekah! I've been reading your blog for a while and I love how successful you've been!

As far as running goes, I went from a complete novice to running a half marathon in about a year. And if I can do it, anyone can! A lot of the experts actually recommend run/walk/run intervals, so alternating run 1 min, walk 1 min is a great thing.
