You have done great this year!! Do you plan on putting body pump back into your routine? I know some consider pump to be cardio but it's really is lifting weights so maybe that could tide you over. or look into Jillian Micheals dvd's. I have ripped in 30 and did it. It's a tough workout. I don't get weights and don't get the same satisfication either.. but pump and Jillian at least gives me the direction I need.
