I would love the info.. I will shoot you my address when I know I have time to print it.. or it will just get lost in my overloaded email address.. I am curious did she tell you how many calories you should eat? I have seen the "myplate" thing before and I like it but I get confused in some areas.. like is cheese a dairy or a protien ect? I eat quite a bit of cheese too but if it's shredded I normally just weigh out half of a serving or even sometimes a 1/4 of it.
